Schedule Contact Email tag in SystemEnrollmentNotification not working

Hi

I am trying to add the 'Schedule Contact Email' (Standard Tag) to the SystemEnrollmentNotification in SuccessFactors Learning but this tag is displaying the global application admin email and not the one that is added within Class > Contacts. 

Note: Schedule Contact is picking up with no issues.

Raised a ticket with SAP but they came back saying custom emails is not supported. Considering this is a standard tag, I'd assume this must work with no issues.

Has anyone come across the same issue and have any suggestions please?

Hi @pv221519 

Can you make a test?

  1. At System Administration > Configuration > Global Application Settings > Mail tab >
  2. Uncheck "Always use Application Admin's email address as the From address on Vcalendar attachments" > click on 'Apply Changes' >
  3. Now trigger the SystemEnrollmentNotification again for the sample class.

What's the value that gets populated for the 'Schedule Contact Email' tag?

Thank you for this - I did check this note, but there is no change to the behaviour even when the checkbox is unchecked. I did not check the Influence page so good to know that this is a known issue.
