Saving to Server - Operation Timed Out Error

Hello Everyone,

A colleague of mine is attempting to save content to the server and is receiving the follow error message (screenshot attached). They have confirmed this also appears in Producer and is not just an Instant Producer issue. Has anyone ran into this issue or know what the resolution may be? Thank you in advance!

It looks like a time out issue. So a few things I normaly try.

1. Check in and force a new version sometimes that will force this content to overwrite what is on the sever

2. Look in manager and see if the connection is locked. Or if you see random numbers and letters you may have to cancel editing and check back in.

3. You may have a bad connection causing the slowness. You can increase some registry settings to improve time out. The following registry keys need to be set (Note they must be Dword 32 Bit and Value Data needs to be at 120,000 or more and Base is decimal)

• ConnectTimeOut
• ReceiveTimeOut
• KeepAliveTimeOut
• SendTimeOut
