SAP WPB: Video does not play after publishing

Dear experts, the problem is that the video I add to the Book Page does not play on the portal after publishing.
In practice, it looks like this:

1. Using WPB Producer 9.5, I create a Book Page to which I add a video.

2. When for testing purposes I play this object in Producer 9.5, everything is okay, that is, the video is playing.

3. But after the publication of the Book, the Play button does not work on the portal, that is, the video does not play.

Question: what to do to make the video play on the portal the same as it plays on Producer 9.5?

can you please share:

- how did you add the video? With the "Add video" option?

- where is the video saved? In your workarea or an external source?

- what format is the video? MP4?

- if it's in your workarea - did you publish it?

Thanks for the reply.

1. I added the video using the Insert Video function on the Book Page.

2. At Workarea. But I published the Book in which I added a video.

3. The video that I download initially in mp4 format.

4. I am publishing the Book in which I have added a video. Perhaps, at the time of publication, the video is not published, therefore it is not possible to play it. Here's how it looks like after the publication:

Hi Elnur,

If you are trying to playback your video in Chrome, I recently found a note saying that Chrome will no longer playback AVI content without an embedded Extension that will playback that content format. If you embed the content in MP4 format, Chrome will play it back without the need of the Extension.

Hi Elnur,

also please check that you have published the video itself after you have imported it into Producer. If the playback still doesn't work please open up an incident (how-to here).
