SAP Web assistance/SAP Web companion extend to non sap softwares?

As I understand the SAP Enable Now web assistant/Sap web companion supports for featured SAP Products, Can we extend the SAP Web companion to non sap Softwares.If its possible is how far the feature can be extend for non sap products and also is there any cost involved??any information on this is veryhelpfull.

Yes, it is possible to extend to non-SAP, browser-based products. How effective that is depends upon the actual product and how it has been built.

It requires custom coding (on the SEN side - nothing in the application) and you'd need a knowledgeable technical consultant to do it for you. Aside from what it would cost you to get someone to build that for you, there's no additional SAP licensing costs (other than everyone accessing the help requiring a license - as usual).
