SAP timesheet entry

Hello currenty my organization using a diffrent portal for resource time charging, as an Anaylst i need to fetch the excel report form that portal and manually need to fill all resource time entry in SAP for posting.

please help to understand how i can poat all time entries in one go in SAP or any function is there that we can enable resources to entry there time charging in SAP on thier own.
