SAP SucessFactors - Global Benefits - Other Benefits Not Displaying Data

Hi everyone,

I'm having an issue where the "Other Available Benefits" section in SAP SuccessFactors does not display any data, even though I have created a benefit with the type set to "Other". 

This benefit is meant to grant employees a day off on their birthday, if it's on a working day.

• The benefit is active and applicable to all legal entities.

• Permissions are correctly assigned via RBP.

• The block is added to the People Profile.

• I’ve also tested with proxy access and different users, but no data shows up.

Has anyone encountered this issue before or knows what else I could check?

Hi @BrunoPacheco,

If it is applicable for all legal entities, you must have to associate all legal entities to the benefit. Could you please check once.

Also curious to know did you configure any eligibility rule to check employee birthday is falling on a working day? Kindly share it would help.
