SAP SuccessFactors Time Management Workshop agenda and Questionnaire

Hello All,

Could anybody lend their expertise or provide their insights for a basic workshop agenda template points and a standard questionnaire to guide the initial discovery and requirements gathering sessions for a fresh SAP SuccessFactors Time Management implementation?

If there are any standard documents or templates provided by SAP for Time Management workshops, please let me know. Any leads or assistance would be greatly appreciated.

I have just used the workbooks in the past. Since they can be a little technical, I did spend some time in advance to hide columns and maybe change the wording to be easier to understand. I also merged the Time Off and Time Sheet workbooks so that items like Time Type were not duplicated in 2 separate workbooks. I also added some tabs for extra items that needed more detail. Even though this is not really in questionnaire format, it was what the customer was going to have to sign off on, so I wanted them to be able to understand what was in it.

Hi Cindy,

Thanks much for your input. This helps alot! Can you also help with the way to the Timesheet workbook? I'm able to locate the Time Off and Time Tracking workbook but struggling with the Timesheet workbook. Any leads will be really helpful.
