SAP SuccessFactors Technical & Infrastructure Clarifications

Dear Team,

Could you please confirm if SAP will internally take care & responsible for managing SAP SuccessFactors (SF) solution considering it's a SAAS product or does partner plays any role while handling implementation of SuccessFactors solution?

Also could you please check and respond to below highlighted queries?

1) Is SuccessFactors (SF) globally available and accessible from any location/ region provided we have acquired required SF subscription from SAP or does it have any restrictions?

2) Does SAP manage SF scalability part (Scale up & Scale down) based on the actual user usage or are there any restrictions in place like only certain number of users can access SuccessFactors solution based on the purchased subscription?

3) Is there any other way we can we access SF other than CPI (Cloud Platform Integration) from existing SAP & Non-SAP solutions?

4) Does SuccessFactors comes by default with HA & DR setup once we procure the SF subscription or do we need to follow any specific process for inclusion of HA/DR and inform SAP while procuring the SF subscription itself?

5) What is the SLA followed for Successfactors solution?

6) Does SF solution is hosted in SAP datacenter only or is it possible to host in any of the hyperscaler based on customer request?

7) How often SAP SuccessFactors backup is taken?

😎 Can SAP SuccessFactors be integrated with existing on-prem LDAP/ UME repository from User authentication perspective?

Although I believe SAP manages most of the parts here considering SF is a SAAS product; however Appreciate if you can respond to my individual queries separately.
