I hope u are well! Would do you help us about one issue about ONB 2.0? Our problem is in crossboarding process,They are not activating triggering email notifications to the task assignees or those who should be notified in CC. However, the leaders can see it reflected on the homepage.
The trigger (ONB) Crossboarding - User Welcome Message Trigger, and the reasons that initiate the process are configured. Can you know where we find this information or would help us to do it?
