Hello- if you dont have Employee Central and are currently using onboarding 1.0, is EC mandatory to have for ONB 2.0 to work? It's not really clear what the pre-req is for 2.0. Thanks.

SAP SuccessFactors is announcing the formal transformation from SAP SuccessFactors Onboarding 1.0 to the new SAP SuccessFactors Onboarding solution, and this notice is the initial step toward sunsetting Onboarding 1.0. With the 2H 2025 release, Onboarding 1.0 will enter End of Maintenance, with the deprecation of Onboarding 1.0 planned for the 1H 2026 release. We encourage you to begin actively planning for your transformation to the new version.
