SAP Successfactors National ID Section to be mandatory in Employee Central and onboarding 2.O

Can we make the National ID Section mandatory, also bank details in Candidate onboarding 2.O in personal data collection step in successfactors.

So, the details can be flown in Employee Central.

I believe this is in onboarding stage.

But, can we apply the same rule in "manage pending recruit / hires" page and "Add new employee" page.
