SAP SuccessFactors Learning - Multiple flows for a Approval Process

Dear experts,

When configure Approval Process in SAP SuccessFactors Learning, I would like to divide it into several flows with corresponding role. For example,

- With Employee, the process has 2 approvers: Approver manager 1 -> Approver manager 2

- With Manager, the process has 1 approver: Approver manager 1.

How I can config this in 1 approval process for 1 course. As my knowledge, I must create 2 courses with 2 approval processes for 2 roles.

In standard, approval processes are executing against an item or a class entity, not against the user entity. Therefore, if you have two different user populations, they cannot share the same item/class with two distinct approval workflows.

Your conclusion "As my knowledge, I must create 2 courses with 2 approval processes for 2 roles." is therefore correct.
