SAP SuccessFactors Learning Module Data

Does anyone have a link to a tutorial that explains how SuccessFactors HR data is uploaded/shared with the SuccessFactors Learning module? I'm the Learning Management System Administrator for our company and I would like to understand how the communication works between the two platforms. For example do the two modules communicate via API or .csv data loader or? How does the LMS user get created and what are the processes? Thanks!

Hello Dean,

Most of SuccessFactors users connect LMS by SFTP files.

Standard integration (supported by SAP) send a file from provisioning with new users and LMS receives it.

However provisioning is just allowed to be setup by certified consultants and there are no many fields in this job, so must of implementations in the last days are including second jobs coming from Integration center that can be setup by clients.

Also other clients are using APIs , but none of these two are supported by SAP as main method
Officially main method is use Provisioning jobs.
