SAP SuccessFactors Intelligent Service doesn't trigger Integration

Hey together,

i've set up an REST Integration in the Integration Center of Successfactors, which should trigger an External Api (The Integration itself works like a charm).

My Problem is now that I'm using this Integration as an Custom Activity of an Intelligent Service (Update of Job Application Status; Recruiting Module). But the Integration does not run when the Update Event is fired. I can see that the Job Application Status Event is fired inside the Event Monitor.


Does anyone know how to solve this.

Did you manage to solve this issue? I am facing the same issue based on Job Application update and it doesn't trigger the integration at all.

Hi Deniz,

In the Event Monitor system will show that event is triggered along with the success and failure payload. If it is failed it will show you the pay load. Click on the details of the triggered event it will give you more information.
