QUERY: Can you confirm if the interface supports replication of Leave Cancellation in Infotype2001 and in that process, does it delete the entry or makes it blank.

Yes. The Cancelled leave replicates back to SAP ERP (Infotype: 2001)
This deletes the leave entry in the Infotype2001
