How can I find a job with an SAP SuccessFactors consultant training and SAP HCM training without official certificate from sap ?

There are thousands of SuccessFactors (SFSF) consultants working in real time projects without being certified. Certification is required to get access to provisioning because SAP gives provisioning access only to certified consultants.

If you have a demo SFSF instance and you have hands on experience you can easily get a SFSF job. I would suggest you to go for certification exam in parallel to make sure you are not left behind even when you have good knowledge on the subject.
