For this you need to add "jobcode" standard field on Position object. It will be already there by default. You need to make sure its ediable and you can select it. Once done you can write business rule where you can select base object as Position and then select a field inside Position which you want to Populate with job code related field and then as you have Job Code field avialable on Position, you can navigate inside it and map it to relevant job code field
