Hi, we have been trying to figure out how we as an ed-tech company that offers online interactive courses, become an OCN partner. One of our customers would like to integrate our content catalog into their Success Factors application through OCN.
I can find online resources on how to set up Success Factors so it can pull data from OCN (the customer's integration basically) but little to no information is available (or I'm looking in the wrong place) on how we as a supplier can get our course material in the OCN network in the first place. We've upgraded to the build partnership program in the hopes of getting better guidance, mailed partner edge support, tried to get on a call with an account executive, asked our customer for their SAP contacts, but all to no avail. Can anyone tell us how we would go about getting started with pushing our content into OCN so our customers can integrate it in their Success Factors tenant? We've found numerous online technical spec files for OCN but none with guidance how to set up the practical side.
