Need your input on Employee Referral Programme:

· Referral Amount should be paid after 3 moth completion

· Zee employee should be able to refer their friends outside Zee

· Only IC, PM, FM, MM band employee should be eligible to refer a friend

· Email trigger to payroll team with referral amount, candidate’s gender in the email body

· Human resource department should not be eligible for referring a friend

· Candidate should not be referred twice in 6 month

· Referred position should not be referred by the reporting manager.
