is there any way regards to ONB provisioning access , where I can find the template to submit the approval via email and the recipient?

Hello,

To get access to Provisioning, you can use this email template:

From: CustomerName@customeremail.com
To: ConsultantName@partneremail.com
Subject: SuccessFactors ONB Super Admin Access Approval for <CUSTOMER NAME>

I understand SuccessFactors adheres to strict policies concerning access to customer environments. I confirm the approval for CONSULTANT(S) of <PARTNER COMPANY> named below to be provided ONB Super Admin access to my organization’s implementation with details below.

Customer Name: <CUSTOMER NAME>
Customer ID: <CUSTOMER ID>

ONB Account Names (aka ONB Company IDs): <ONB Account Names>
Environment(s): <e.g., DC2 Production, DC2 Preview>
