If your question means the new Onboarding 2.0 release. There will be some additional features when you use this Version:

• You can use Business Rules in your Onboarding processes
• No more double maintenance, because of the use of same data model from EC
• You can use RBP in Onboarding Module
• flexible Taskmanagement
