SAP SF Learning - If someone is marked No Show could an email be sent to the supervisor?

I am the admin for "SAP SuccessFactors Learning" for our company (Consumers Energy aka "CE").

Is it possible to create an automated email for the LMS based on completion status for a Classroom Item?

For example, if someone is marked "No Show" for a Classroom Item, could an email notification be sent to the supervisor, and if so, what is the best way to go about that?

@MichaelWright, as I understand the situation, it would be possible via the "ApmSupervisorLearningPlanNotification".

I should be more specific. Is it possible to create an automated email for the LMS based on completion status for a Classroom Item, but for only one type of completion code? So for example, lets say just for argument my completion codes for Classroom are only these 2 options: Classroom-Completed, Classroom-NoShow? Only if someone is marked "No Show" for a Classroom Item, could an email notification be sent to the supervisor, but not if the student has been marked as 'Completed' and if so, what is the best way to go about that? And yes, I do know about the "ApmSupervisorLearningPlanNotification". Thank You, and sorry I wasn't more specific in my original question.

I see. Maybe removing the "for credit" tokens from the "ApmSupervisorLearningPlanNotification" template. However, this could lead to blank notifications being received by the manager (when completions take place).
