Hello Everyone,

I recently completed my Bachelors Degree in Business Administration with Specialization in HR. I am currently working as an IT Recruiter for past 3 years. Can you please suggest which SAP Module will be the right option for me looking at current situation and market demands. I am confused between SAP SD & SuccessFactors.

Hi, Currently there is good demand for all the SAP modules. We can't specify which is having more demand. As per your MBA subject and working field, SAP HCM, Successfactors are more relevant.

Successfactors is having very good modules relevant to Recruitment also (like Talent Managaement, On-Boarding, Recruiter experience, candidate experience etc.).

Please check the links provided by Tammy and explore about SAP.

Hi Mohammed,

Working in SAP is a good option, there is a lot of work out there for almost every area. I think both are good options, it will depend on what you like and have more interest.

Personally, I am an SD consultant and I can tell you that in normal situations (not Corona times), there is a high demand of consultants in that area. Think that every company sells something.

Just in case you want to check a little bit more the SAP options before deciding, I leave you here two links to posts that I think can help you to have a clear idea of the options:

- SAP S/4 HANA modules (including SD)

- Other SAP Products (including SuccessFactors)

But I would say, think of what business area you are more interested in.

saqlainshaikh,

SuccessFactors sounds close to what you are working. Go for it as it have huge demand compare to SAP SD.

Thanks

EHS would suit you most among other modules

SD is Sales and Distribution; not sure how closely that would relate to HR/SuccessFactors
