SAP Quality Notification creation from action box doesn't work

Hi,

I have the following problem: I want to create a quality notification from action box in the Reference Quality Notification. It's working in Dev and Quality but not in Production, but customizing is the same:

Once entered the pop-up info about the creation of the quality notification from the action box, the system creates the measure linked to the function and put it in MISC status but, when I save, the quality notification is not created even if there was the usual message "Quality notification will be created after saving".

Someone can help me?
