Hi Experts,

How do functional users prepare training material with SAP Productivity PAK 4.5? Do they need to install a desktop client? If yes, where can I find the client download files?

The package should be contained in the download package from SMP:
-> Service.sap.com/swdc
-> Installations and Upgrades
-> Browse our Download Catalog
-> SAP Education Products
-> SAP PRODUCTIVITY PAK BY Ancile
-> SAP PRODUCTIVITY PAK 4.5
-> Installation
-> Downloads

The documentation is included within this.
