We have a requirement where we are planning to integrate Change Management Process (Similar workflow as that of Service Now) within SAP PowerDesigner to achieve the following.

1. Business User initiates a request

2. Once the Data Model development completes, the other levels of approval should be triggered.

Query:

1. Is there a out of the box feature available in PD. Or

2. Whether the tool can be customized to have it in the tool. or

3. Whether is there any facility to have Service Now in PD
