In our SAP environment, payroll processing is managed through PCC (Payroll Calculation Control) with three distinct processes: Pre-payroll, Payroll, and Post-Payroll.
During both Pre-payroll and Payroll processes, the programs RPCALCF0 and H99CWTR0 (or a custom version ZXXX_H99_N) are executed. However, RPCALCF0 runs in test mode during Pre-payroll and real mode during Payroll. We've noticed that when RPCALCF0 is in test mode, it doesn't generate a cluster, which causes the custom program ZXXX_H99_N to fail in reading updated information.
Conversely, the standard program H99CWTR0 seems to function correctly even in test mode (Not 100% sure). How does H99CWTR0 manage to work in test mode, and how can we modify our custom program to behave similarly? Please need help. Thank you so much.
