SAP payroll posting, employees skipped, how to correct?

Hi experts,

SAP payroll posting is skipping 604/884 employees.

Posting document is created, with warning. Warning message says:

"Do not assign any objects in cost accounting to account 2210016.

Enter a true account assignment object with revenues"

PA03 payroll control status is in 'Rel f. correction'.

How do I correct, please help.

hi,

the reasons might be

1.the skipped employees are of different payroll area or they have already posted .

kindly check PC_PAYRESULT and and look at the table PCALAC. If this table is blank then it means the posting has not been done.

If it is filled, then double click on the table to see the posting run document.

or else check report RPCIPCP00 to find which employee get posted.

Some times these arrears will be due to the initial postings of cost center and profit center .
