Dears,
We have implemented SF talent modules without EC and we are using SAP on promise for all HR core process like Organization management, payroll and time managment.
Currently, we have challenge where our Succession planning in SF is people based and we would like to manage Succession plan for critical vacant positions but we can’t due the above mention reasons.
Kindly advise how we can overcome this challenge and have direct sync between SAP OM and success factor for Succession planning process.
