SAP LSO | Completion status | lectora

Hi,

I might be re-posting this,

We built a scorm 1.2 course using Lectora tool which has an assessment and passing score.

When we test the course on Scorm cloud and other LMS it reports the completion status accordingly. But when we try the same package on SAP LSO completion progress, Current status and completion status shows 0.00% and "the course has not yet been passed"

So any pointers on what could be the issue which stops updating the status on SAP LSO would be highly helpful.

Hi,

Status is updated when learner logs of after completing the course so please make sure that learner logs off before closing the browser with course. This issue may be also connected with configuration of IT5006&5008.

Please make sure that following notes are applied to your system:

SAP Note No. 685481 - Learning progress in SCORM courses
SAP Note No. 1032103 - Learning progress for single SCO courses
SAP Note No. 1045015 - Sample implementation expanded for single SCO
