SAP LMS:item not going to history after finishing all contents

Hello all,

I have done all contents in one item but the item does not finish in learning history. It does not count as completed.

I used SAP EN to generate scorms.

TO be flagged as complete, EVERY object (and every available play mode / document for a simulation) within the entire package needs to be completed - including any that are linked to from anything inside the package, and even if that linked content is not physically within the package. So check links/dependencies very carefully.

Checked, my package has demo and practice mode. When i finish both of them item is still not complete and does not go to history. I tried several tracking backends, several settings such as progreess only and progress with result, system doss not recognize that item has been finished. I am using scorm 2004 4ed.

There's several things it could be, either on the SAP Enable Now side or the LMS side. I'd suggest enabling debug mode in the LMS if you can, and see what is being passed. Or if you can't debug there, load your SSCORM package into cloud.scorm.com and trace it there.
