SAP Learning Solution: Resuming a Training is not working

Hello

I have a problem with the resuming of trainings in SAP Learning Solution. I uploaded a Scorm 2004 3rd edition file. When i open the training again, I can't see a prompt asking me if I would like to resume. Instead the training restarts. Is there a setting that I have to enable or how can I see where the problem is? The cmi.entry variable is set to resume.

Hello everyone,

I removed the option for a prompt, that askes if you want to resume or restart, and forced a resume. Sadly this also did not work. I am not sure why SAP Learning Solution is not resuming our WBT. Does anyone has a similar issue or experience?
