SAP Learning adding an item with a scheduled class in a Program

Hi Community, I set up a Program earlier this year in SAP Learning and was able to attach an Instructor Led item and then choose an associated class that I had pre-scheduled program-1.jpg. Now, I can choose the same instructor led item but don't have the ability to add or choose a class program-2.jpg? Anyone know what is happening? I have tried to recreate the item as instructor led with online learning and added a scheduled class but same outcome.

I think that the problem can be relation with the type of PROGRAMS itself.

To try to help you, can yo share more details about the you Program?

Thanks for your reply Daniel. I am adding external content from Harvard Manage Mentor and bringing in facilitator led items I have created with classes I have scheduled. It's open ended, has sections with content to be completed before moving onto the next. My current issue is about the inability to select the class attached to the item. Was worried it related to new changes to creating blended items. This is not blended but is virtual since we're running all our workshops online. Can't find anything about adding new items now...

Hummmm, for open ended program I believe that is a expected behavior, because in my research I can`t find anything about this case also that tell me the why.

Even though creating a new class you can`t find it in the program?

Are you able to register the users into a class manually? If yes we have a workaround here, but no, I suggest you to create a ticket to verify this case in particular.
