SAP HR_E Recruitment_Buss. Partner error

Hi

When creating the Business partner using the report ‘HRALXSYNC’, I am getting the following error. I have also verified the using transaction BP and the Buss. Partner details are not available. Please could you share your thoughts?

• No business partner could be created for central person 01CP50050818
• Business partner 20044 already exists

I have resolved this, The issue is that the number range is conflicting with the CRM records
