SAP HR E Recruiting- SICF Services HRRCF_A_xx (and) ERC_A_xx)

Hi

I have observed the services (HRRCF_A_xx (and)  ERC_A_xx) in SICF. We are using the SAP back end the portal for the internal candiates. We are also using multiple instances for the external candidates and they use web dynpros through browser. I have activated all the hrrcf_a_xxxxxxx services. In our scenario do I need to activate the ERC_A_xxxxxx. Please advice.

Hi,

ICF services ERC_A_* are for the web dynpro applications of recruiter and recruiting admin introduced with EhP4. So if you have activated the business function HCM_ERC_CI_2 to use the web dynpro UI for recruiters and rec. admin via SAP portal you have to activate the services.

Additional hint: event if you use the web dynro UI for candidates as well as for recruiters and rec. admin you have to activate the ICF services hrrcf_wd_*. These are ICF services for BSP applications which are used by the web dynpro UI for displaying data overviews.

Thank you for your inputs, what I understood is that I need to activate the ERC_A_* as well as the hrrcf_wd. Regards
