SAP GUI Skripting also on Server and per Role?

Hello

i have another question about SAP GUI Scripting. In Info Center it´s described that you have to activate it server sided and per Role. I know how to activate it server sided (transaction rz11 and the parameter sapgui/user_scripting) but how do you especially set it per Role? I tested the process in a demo SAP GUI System and the recordings also worked by just activating scripting server sided. Maybe someone can share more details here for me. Thanks in Advance.
