SAP FIORI - My Time Events getting approved automatically

Hi Team,

We are implementing SAP FIORI My Time events (Clock In and Clock Out), when I create time event, it is getting Approved before it goes to manager for approval. Can you please let me know, have I missed any setting.

Issue Resolved.

Solution - For FIORI My Time Events, we need to set WF Id in TCode - "PTARQ".

Hello Everyone,

When we debugged, we could see that the system is not able to get the workflow id to send it for manager approval. It is reading values from PTREQ_STATUS_TRA and trying to check the Workflow control and it is blank, so getting approved automatically.

I would like to understand, where to maintain the workflow ID, so that when we create time events, systems checks and send it for approval.

Have you tried entering time directly from the backend (without using the Fiori app)? Does the time events get automatically approved in this case without approval from the respective supervisor? If yes then you have to check the backend/workflow configurations.
