SAP File Lifecycle Management Workflow Route to File Initiator

When we are creating a workflow for a FLM file then when the last processor sends that file it gets automatically closed.

What config is required or can be done to auto re-route that file to the initiator automatically when the last processor sends that file even if the initiator is not added in the workflow.

Pls. do enhancement as under :

System to check that while clicking on send button, there must be a user in workflow to whom file can be forwarded. Otherwise, system should not allow user to perform send action. We have done this in our company and it is working fine.
