When we select any file type then in FLM it fetches the File name details, like User details of his organization and division via HCM Module.
What can be done to make user details editable by the user itself as some being in Dual charge want to change the division name which is being fetched by FLM via HCM default.
So we want to make file number default to editable, what can be done for this
