SAP-eREC: Internal Error CL_HRRCF_CANDIDATE

Hi Experts,

I am getting an error: "Internal Error" while saving my recruitment application.

I have check SAP Note 1228153 but it is saying to "Import the relevant Support Package or implement the corrections in accordance with the attached correction instructions."

I dont understand how to go about.

Please help.

Hi,

1 user is facing error in E-Rec website.Something like " an internal server error occured.

I checked with rcf_create_user but the user already exist.

Can anyone help me to resolve this.

How to do ALE transfer for a user

Hello Swati,

As this user is missing the roles for Candidate role and Employee role Either please do the ALE transfer for assigning the role, Or you can use the report RHALEINI (stand-alone) to create the missing relationship.
