SAP Enable Now

Hello,

For a customer where SF and Web Assistant is implementing:

At the launch page we have 2 transaction linked to *plateau.com*, for both the WA was not available.

1. https://fluviussys-stage.plateau.com/learning/user/personal

(by extending the CORS with *plateau.com* we succeed to get it available

2. https://fluviussys-stage.plateau.com/learning/admin/theming

(CORS extension didn't succeed as the role = admin). We now this is a topic on the roadmap.

2a Do we have a workaround available?

2b Now the green tab is showing a question mark linking to SAP Portal. Is it possible to change this link so that we can use this as workaround to link to a published start link of a Learning Center Group we can create to bundle all content (in stead of having the WA content available)

Hopefully we can find a solution. This is a big customer implementing SF where the 2 plateau URL links need to have important content available for end users....

Thx for the feedback.

KR, Maggy

Hi Maggy,

Unfortunately, I do not believe that Web Assistant has currently been integrated into the administration component of SF Learning module so there is no current workaround to get Web Assistant working in that module. As you mention, it does seem to work in the user component of SF Learning, just not the administration component. The question mark button that you see in the administration component of SF Learning is not Web Assistant, it is something else provided by SF. Please speak to your SF contact person about the ability to change the information that is provided through this button.

Shane
