You're on premise? If so you don't have it / don't need it. That's for launching the cloud components.

There's an .msi file. Contact whoever implemented the Manager for you / find out where the installation files are. They should have made it available somewhere. Varies by client, though. Could be a download from your internal software center.
They are 10000000% on-premise and using MS SQL version. You see in the server settings there is a line for the LDAP import 😉
