SAP Enable Now

Good day!

We would like to use web assistant for SAP SF, I have read that first of all SSO system should be activated for SAP Enable now. Now in SAP Enable now one part of employees has courses and accounts. In SAP SF now applies system with blitz, employees are divided on two groups. Scheme for identification for SF will be attached.

Can we activate SSO for E Now and part of authorized employees in this system before will have SSO and we shouldn't make registration for the second part of employees in E Now and the second part of employees can use web assistant in SF without registration in E Now ?

For SuccessFactors no you can not do this. For S/4HANA you can. Sap Enable Now does not have a way to control Role Based access for SF.

What I have had other customers do is load users into Enable Now that you want for Phase 1 so push SSO users that you need to SEN. Then make sure you have this setting in SF Web Assistant settings in the parameter field.

readCatalogue=false This will allow for SSO to be read when you click on the ? , if the user is in enable now it open if they are not in Enable Now the ? would go away.

noHelpMode=Carousel This is used to allow for the ? to show up on all screen so there is always help to click on since most pages in SF do not have standard help.
