SAP Enable Now with SAP RISE

Good day, just need to snow what is available with SAP S/4HANA PCE (with RISE) around SAP Enable Now functionalities/services. What is included in SAP Rise offering in term of available cloud services/architecture, what should be foreseen on-Premise at customer side, what is "free" for customer with RISE, what should foresee additional fees.

Hi Alessandro,

SAP Enable Now is fully integrated with S/4HANA PCE so you can use SAP Enable Now to create content for the S/4HANA PCE solution and to deploy that content, including allowing users to access the content in-application as they work in PCE. You can use SAP Enable Now to train your PCE users, including on system functionality and non-system topics such as business processes. You can also use SAP Enable Now to support the use of the live application in several different ways, including step-by-step coaching to complete transactions in the live system.

SAP and partners do offer services to assist SAP Enable Now customers to setup their Enable Now system and enable the content authors and administrators. These are all typically paid services.

Unfortunately, I do not have direct visibility of what is included in your Rise with SAP contract, either from a licensing or services perspective, so it is best to have this discussion with your SAP representative.
