Hi,
I need to enable the tracking for reports on SAP Enable Now Manager including those for Web Assistant.
I know I have to set the parameters for trackingUrlWPB in the SAP Dashboard but I can't recall of find anything in the integration guide for anything that needs to set in Manager or Producer? Is it just that Parameter to set and nothing else?
Request clarification before answering.

Tools > Settings > Playback Settings > trainer - Global > Tracking (General) > Tracking Back End. Set this to Manager.

To me, after reading the docs and contacting support it's still dubious. Does this referr to the on premise version? I also wonder why such a fundamental feature as user engagement can't be turned on by default. Who wouldn't want their training solution to be measured?
There is no Menu as described above: Tools/Settings .... All I have is Workareas_Administration_Tasks_Reporting_Help

Try within Producer, not within Manager.
