Hi, does anyone have experience with a client that has existing desktop procedures/bpps that need modified for upcoming go-live and also create net new? I have a client where key users will be updating the existing Word BPPs and then use Enable Now to create net new simulations/BPPs. My first thought was to use the text units and organize the work area by key user author to upload the existing BPPs that they need to modify and then have placeholder simulations projects for new BPPs that need to created. But others have suggested I created a book page landing page for the management and creation of the BPPs. Any suggestions or best practice?

To my mind, it depends on whether the legacy BPPs will be stored in SAP Enable Now or not. If they will (and I'd suggest converting them to PDF first) I would just import them into your Workarea structure as Media Objects. They'll appear in the Trainer outline, and open in the content panel just fine.
That's assuming you use the Trainer. Otherwise, use Book Pages, insert an HTML Document object (size to full page size), and select the Media Object in your Library as the Source.
If the BPPs will remain outside of SAP Enable Now, it doesn't really matter how you do it. You can use Book Pages as explained above, or just have a Text Unit or Group, and provide links to them in the Description property. Having individual Book Pages per BPP is more work, but it makes it easier to 'swap out' the old BPPs if you create new simulations to replace them (although despite your best intentions this will likely never happen...).
The advantage of importing the BPPs into SAP Enable Now, or using Book Pages, is you can capture SAP Companion / ...for Desktop context if you want them to be available as in-app help. You can't do that with a list of links.
