You edited the .dot file in the back-end file system (via right-click > Open Folder)? If so, you need to right-click on the Documentation Style object (assuming you have it checked out for editing) and select Refresh Object - otherwise Enable Now doesn't know the object changed (because you changed it 'outside' of Enable Now's control - in the file system). Do that, then save to server / finish editing.
