Well, the first thing to do would be to check the free Book Page templates in the Content and Templates section of the Info Center.
After that, you'll just have to look at what SAP have done, see if you can figure out how they implemented that using standard SAP Enable Now Book Pages, and then build your own content to match that. That's the fun part - figuring out how they did it and managing to do it yourself! That's also a great way of learning the functionality.
