Is there any way to add spell checker to macro editor of simulations/book page and for description boxes ? We are trying to do this to reduce the workload of reviewers. When it underlines in blue/red, we can identify this as a mistake.
I tried Tools -> Settings -> Producer -> General -> Spell Checker. I got No proofing tool found for this language message everywhere. This also made the WYSIWYG editor very slow.
Thanks in advance.

SAP Enable Now uses the Windows Office spellchecker. If you don't have a (full) version of Office installed, you won't have a spellchecker (and there is no way to add another). Sometimes I see the "No proofing tool..." message even though I have Office installed. This is a (known) issue with something hanging in the background (like a copy of Word) but usually restarting Producer clears this up.
If you don't have Office available, disable spellchecking so SEN doesn't waste time looking for it and displaying the message.
Assuming the Office spellchecker is available (and spelling is enabled) spelling errors will be underlined in the Text Editor and you can right-click and select the correct spelling. You cannot add to dictionary from here, but iif you add a word to the dictionary in Word (or PowerPoint...) that will be picked up in the Text Editor.

I've got full version of Office, hence I can generate Documents without any MS Word errors. I've been using this SEN cloud version for a year and not even once I have never seen red/blue underlines in the Demo/practice texts. Can you please tell me if I have got any other ways to achieve this ?
Thanks for the reply Dirk 😊
Assuming you have Tools -> Settings -> Producer -> General -> Spell Checker and have Office installed on the same machine, you should see the red underlines for spelling mistakes. If you see the "No proofing tool..." message, check Task Manager and see if there is a copy of Word running in the background - if there is, kill it. For Simulations and Book Pages you will only see the underline if you edit the text via the Property Sheet. If that doesn't help you can try opening an Incident...
