SAP Enable Now - Showing Progress Status in Manager, Learner View For Courses

Hello,

I have a question about showing progress percent. I have learning contents and created courses in assignments to be showed in learner view. But even though I selected scoring method as Percent Completed, the progress percent isn't showed (there's a progress bar but it's blank) and the status is showed as "unstarted". Can you help me if there are some more configurations that should be set?

Hi Dilara,

Please start with checking of the tracking backend in your Playback Setting as Dirk recommended. Must be set to Manager

When I opened these settings, all of these settings in the screenshot you added, are not editable. I'm adding a screenshot of my screen. Not only these settings, but also there are some other settings I can't edit too.

That's because it is a Resource. You need to Start Editing before you can change it.

How is the content being launched? In order for progress to be tracked for an Assignment, the content must be launched from Learner View, or via a URL that includes the Assignment ID. e.g.: https://client.enable-now.cloud.sap/wa/workarea1/~tag/published/index.html?show=book!BO_C40D71B1BDCB...&assignmentId=C_84D3200851A04A7DB0CBE87338110D84&startMode=start. Also make sure in your Playback Settings that Tracking (General) is set to Manager.

I launched the course from Learner view. I guess it's because the playback settings is not set as it should be but I can't edit those settings, they are inactive and don't let me make configurations. I checked the roles and permissions from manager, as far as I checked, my permissions are enough to edit these settings, I have all required admin permissions there.
